So I'm thinking of getting a bellybutton piercing like the one above. It's totally gorgeous, but I don't know for sure. Because I've read all of the things you need to know before getting a piercing, I'm sure everything will go as planned, but I'm kinda nervous! What if it gets infected and I have to have surgery? Does it hurt A LOT? How much does it cost? I've done some research and found this information:
- Equipment MUST be sterilized properly.
- You have to find an experienced and liscensed piercer.
- Can take up to a year to heal proplerly.
- Can get infected.
- Suitable for people of all ages.
- Pain level on scale of 1 to 10, 1 being none at all: 5.
So I think I'm sure, but then I'm not. Any advice/tips?
