Forever 21, Bath & Body Works Hauls + Update!

Okay so my blog is undergoing major changes in that everything is being changed. For that matter, I must advise you all that if my blog looks really messed up right now (as it is), I will try to fix it and make it presentable. However, this is the best I can do for now. Sorry! :( I'm new to this whole blogging world, so please bear with me.

Today was St. Patrick's Day (forgot to wear green...grrr)! I went to an insane St. Patrick's Day party and my bestie Rachel and I went out to see if there were any steals and deals at our fave stores. Not very much, but that's fine. Whatever. Not many people know that I don't wear ANY other fragrance/body lotion BUT Bath & Body Works. It's so weird. Also, Forever 21 is where I shop mainly. It's what most of my outfits are composed of. So, I went shopping around noon today and ended at around six...omigod, my legs hurt and I am so tired! (Shopping makes me tired, haha.) Here's what I got. Please note this is probably gonna be a long post, with all my pointless and witty comments :l

*If you think that I am bragging, I am not trying to in any way, shape or form. If you believe so, you do not have to read my haul posts! Thanks!*

Cherish Crepe Chiffon Dress

I like it because it's pretty natural-looking. Summer, for me, is all about looking natural and not very "wild" looking. So, neutral colors like this light ivory color work perfectly, and it can show off a tan. Even better, its straps are adjustable. Price: $24.80

Multi Knit Dolman Top

It looks very laid-back and cozy, and the grey color is pretty neutral and nothing fancy. I love the fact that it's baggy, so it makes you look comfy and covered. (This summer, though, I suggest rolling up the sleeves.) Price: $19.80

Tie Dye Stripe Top

How good it will feel to wear this in the 115-degree weather! :) It matches my eye color, blue, and when paired with shorts, makes you look sexy and chic. I absolutely love this top. Btw, is it just me or does the model look like Megan Fox? Price: $17.80

Flower Sandals

These would be totally cute showing off a pedicure! I'm a sucker for flowers, so these were a must-buy for me. I didn't care about the size until I was snapped out of my trance over the flower detailing, which Rachel kindly told me to get a size 8. Price: $16.80

3 Earring Set

I like studs, but I love hoops. Price: $3.80

Wide Brimmed Hat

I didn't even hesitate to look at it, it just caught my eye, tried it on, and took it with me. This is totally adorable. (On a side note, want to learn how to rock a hat like this? Check out my newest post.) Price: $6.80

Zebra Socks

I know what you're thinking: How immature is Katie? Well, obviously I am 'immature' enough to buy zebra socks...but I love zebras, so I could wear these all day anywhere. Rachel pointed these out to me before I completely walked past them. Price: $.95 (I KNOW, RIGHT??!)

Beaded Cuff

I love the design. Price: $7.80

Cotton Blossom™ Body Lotion - Signature Collection - Bath & Body Works
Cotton Blossom

I like the color, but I love the smell more. Instant soothing relief. Price: $6

Bali Mango Body Lotion - Signature Collection - Bath & Body Works
Bali Mango

Price: $10.50. Kinda stingy, but worth it.

Sweet Pea® Body Lotion - Signature Collection - Bath & Body Works
Sweet Pea

Everyone at my school is in love with this lotion. It has jojoba, vitamin E, and shea butter
for that smooth, calming effect. I love the fragrance. This is a must have every time I go to Bath and Body Works. Price: $10.50

Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Lotion - Signature Collection - Bath & Body Works
Japanese Cherry Blossom

My grandma has this lotion and recommended it to me... :l Alright? Haha. Anyway, I'm a sucker for pretty packaging, I'm not gonna lie. So, the picture of the cherry blossoms on the front sold me within an instant. And I LOOOOOOOVEEE the smell! It is so unique and calming! Price: $10.50

Acnescription™ Exfoliating Acne Cleanser - Patricia Wexler M.D. - Bath & Body Works
Exfoliating Acne Cleanser

I will try this out tonight and let you guys know how it worked for the first time. It should work, considering the fact I spent $16 for it. However, it was "Top Rated", so I should get my money's worth. It is smooth, creamy and gentle for red, irritated skin (sounds like my skin right now, haha). So, we'll see if this works.

That's all :) OMG that was a lot to write about...hopefully you guys liked it and got ideas for what to splurge on this summer at my top fave stores. Though it was a lot, it didn't seem like much when I hung up my new clothes in my closet and put the lotions and cleansers in with the rest of my lotions and skin care stuff.

I look forward to seeing your comments and if you have any questions, leave a comment and I'll try my best to answer as soon as possible. (However, with my busy schedule, I can't guarantee an immediate answer.)
